ServiceTitan interview questions

3 interviews. One screening interview with the recruiter, one phone interview with the hiring manager, and one in person interview. The in person interview was with the hiring manager and was supposed to be with the head of sales, but they were busy, so I interviewed with a senior SDR. It was very comfortable and conversational. They didn't throw any curveball questions and were looking for a fit within the company and within the role.

I sent in my resume and got a prompt email back for a phone screening. The recruiter on the phone was robotic, non-responsive, and clearly didn't even have my application or resume in front of her, as she was asking me generic questions that were already boldly answered on my resume. She finished with "Well if you have no questions for me, thank you for your time," and rushed me off the phone before I could, in fact, ask her any questions. She then asked me to send her my portfolio of writing samples, which I did, and never got a response back. This makes me hugely nervous and I regret sending in my training work, uncompensated. Oh well.
