Very quick turnaround. Got an in-person interview after one week. Flying out to Cali from the east coast. Had a panel interview with he CSM team as well as the direct managers. Also had one to one interviews after. A little anxious with the review process after but everyone communicated very well.

I am relocating to CA for this position. I applied on line, had a phone screening with a recruiter & then a formal phone interview the next day. After the phone interview a video interview was scheduled for the following week. Everyone I communicated with was very friendly & helpful!

Interview
The interview process moved quickly and they were super accommodating to work with my schedule. I had an initial screening with the recruiter on a Wednesday, then phone interview with director of CX the next day, then an in person interview with 5 different people lasting about 2 hours the following Monday. I received an offer that Wednesday (probably expedited because I had another offer in the works).
