ServiceTitan reached out to me first, asking about my availability for an interview. I responded promptly, expecting a follow-up—but after that, complete silence. No scheduling, no explanation. If a company initiates contact with a candidate, the least they can do is follow through or communicate if plans change. Ghosting professionals after engaging with them is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time.
