ServiceTitan Tradeshow Manager interview questions

Applied via the company website and was contacted within a week. Had a phone interview with in-house recruiter then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After two phone interviews was asked to come in to meet with team members from creative and the team I would potentially be joining then met with hiring manager. After that in-person interview, I never heard anything back which was surprising since I did do an in-person interview. A professional courtesy e-mail of "thanks but no thanks" would've made all the difference in my review of the process.
