Interview
Smooth, easy, and efficient. My interview was conducted through Hirevue which was very efficient. Questions went by quickly but you have a break, as long as you need, in between each question.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Siemens (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview was by phone since I was not at the location. The first interview was fairly straight forward with somebody from HR who asked basic questions about availability, etc. and to schedule a phone interview with the business owner. That second interview was very specific checking on specific skills.

I apply through university. At that time there was about 20 job opening for intern. However, most of it has been filled already by their current co op which decided to extend their contract.
I got interview about 1-2 weeks after the deadline.
Interview at Dorval office with my direct supervisor. Interview is really casual. Supervisor really just wanted to know me better. He mostly ask question about my last work terms.
I got the offer several days later.
Nothing really complicated in the process.
Most of the things are taken care by university (paper work, background check, etc)
