Siemens Project Manager interview questions

Did Interview for two different project manager roles with different teams at Sacramento, California. After two rounds of interviews, Hiring managers were impressed by experience and knowledge I have. But told me I’ve been put on hold till they interview other candidates. They put me on hold for 3 months and never responded to my emails. For Second role, cleared phone screen and virtual interview. Hiring manager said he would invite me on-site to meet director of the department and team members. I reached out to him after one week and was told no availability due to Christmas and holiday season. And then ghosted me.

Interviewer will ask in depth technical question and commercial question. Candidate must have equivalent experience to answer the questions. Candidate must have good communication skill for this role. There will be a panel of 2 who are the technical and commercial head.
