One of the worst experiences of all time. The freelance recruiter for India (don't want to name her) is very high headed and she will not bother to contact you.
It seems they don't really bother to respond to the online application process. This shows the kind of values people carry in the organization.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slack (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I had a recruiter call, followed by hiring manager call. Later I was given a take home coding challenge where I was given some data and asked to solve some questions
I gave him 2 perfect solutions to coding challenge using 2 different technologies.
And also had a follow up interview again with hiring manager.
But didn’t pass the interview. There was no proper explanation on the rejection.
I felt the hiring manager was Afraid of hiring me.
It felt like they are working with my employer and simply rejected me, after all the time waste they have done
