Slack interview questions

One of the best interview process. Focussed more on the candidate and the ability of the candidate in learning new skills and be a leader rather than asking a bunch of questions from the pre-defined list. The interview process was pretty quick, took around 3-4 weeks(HM was OOO for a week). The recruiters were super nice and guided me well all along the process.

Pretty standard - a recruiter reached out over email, we did a phone screen, a take home project, and an onsite interview. The whole process took a few weeks from start-to-finish. At the onsite, they asked about my background, some behavioral questions, and some technical whiteboarding questions about engineering and statistics. I don't think I wrote any code on the whiteboard, it was more about designing products & algorithms than implementing them.
