I applied online. I interviewed at Slack (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
Submission online was fairly easy and I received a writing assignment after a few days. I had a hour phone interview with the recruiter in Vancouver, then a 2nd phone interview with the Toronto manager. Both calls were pleasantly casual and short.
I was then invited to the in-person interview and for 3 hours I was interviewed by 4 different Slack employees. This experience was surprisingly not as nerve recking as I expected it to be. The interviewers were friendly and tried make the process less stressful. It felt more like I was having casual conversations.
