Slack interview questions

The first interview in a series was good and I felt like I had a great rapport with the interviewer. Job sounded interesting. Next was a coding challenge and I didn't finish the 2nd part of some insane thing counting some pattern within an alphanumeric string. And that was the end because of the coding test. Companies that use that as a metric to drop someone from the interview process are just doing it wrong. Anyways, happy where I landed but I do love Slack the product.

Normal, usual questions, tell me about yourself, what are you most proud of, a time you disagreed with your boss, 2 leadership qualities that you possess and examples of how you have actually demonstrated each or them.
