Slack interview questions

I had the following: Recruiter call Hiring manager call Take home case Onsite interview After the onsite interview, the recruiter never got back. I understand if they decided to not move forward with me but some feedback would have been appreciated as I spent time and energy into the process. This is not the type of behavior you expect from a company like Slack, especially in Bay Area. The interactions with the hiring manager were also very passive and not welcoming at all. I don’t think I would have taken up the role even if I had made it through. Overall impressions - maybe it was just this recruiter and hiring manager. Maybe it is a general trend in Slack. Not sure. However, mistreating potential employees is never a good idea.
