Snap interview questions

2 rounds of technical interviews on ML concepts. The interviewers appeared very junior despite claiming having 7+ years of experiences in ML. Basic concepts such as Transformer and weight decay in ADAM optimizer is new to the interviewer. The interviewers is also not very familiar with the overall architecture of the recommendation system at the company.

Applied through a referral. First call with a nice and professional recruiter, who explained about the interview process (first technical interview and if you pass it you’ll have a loop of 3 technical interviews). First technical interview with a software engineer, 15 minutes for behavioral and 45 minutes for leetcode question. Didn’t pass.
