Interview process included e-mails from recruitment team, a series of phone calls and two virtual panel engagements all spanning around 7-9 hours collectively over the course of about a month.

Interview
HR screen and then a 1 hour tech screen. It moved fairly quick, got a reject a couple days later. I felt the screening question was not a fair test of the skills of a software engineer

Question 1
I was asked to implement an advanced probability question (a casino scenario). I felt that it didn't test my coding skills as much as did dynamic programming and math, not an accurate test.
Invited for super day without applying, for new grad role. I think they found me through Piazza. Worked on a project for three hours and Snap engineers came in to help throughout the process to answer questions and help out.
