Snap interview questions

Recruiter set up a phone call to have a brief chat, then 1 phone screening and onsite interviews. Overall engineers were great, but recruiter never showed up on time in every single appointment (screening, prep call, etc) which was huge wasting time for me. Also recruiter always replied emails back many weeks later. If you search on other forums this is not uncommon to Snap candidates. Their recruiter isn't aware of this is a two way process and I don't think they respect candidates at all. I will never recommend any of my friends to apply Snap. Worst experience ever.
