Was contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn. After phone chat with recruiter, there was a phone technical screen, where I was asked two questions. Messed up with second one. Both questions were easy ones.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snap (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
got an interview by an employee referral. Someone from Snap contacted me to check my availability for a an initial phone screening. The phone screening was one hour to test your coding skills using hackerrank.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Snap (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied online, and the very next day I received an email from the hiring manager from NY asking if I could do a phone interview the next day. The call was swift, and the hiring manager was very friendly. Maybe after 2 days, I received an email to do complete a test for my job position, and after 2 weeks they asked for an onsite interview. The process to make an interview schedule from then on out was really easy to do. They had an online link where you can select all your available times, and communication through email was very fast. After my first onsite interview, they sent me an email for a second onsite interview. I think after about 3 days, I received a call from the same hiring manager with a job offer.
