1 entretien screen en visio de 30 minutes avec une HR 1 entretien en visio avec un Senior Exécutive Assistant La HR a tardé à revenir vers moi avec une date d'entretien avec le Senior Exécutive Assistant. Snap Inc. m'a tout simplement ghosté en ne revenant jamais vers moi alors qu'ils étaient supposé le faire sous 1 semaine. A noter que Snap Inc est en plein processus de licenciement massif (tous les bureaux sont impactés) mais ce comportement qui manque de fiabilité ne fait que ruiner leur image de marque, très mauvais pour la marque employeur. Ils n'ont le droit qu'à 1 seul jour de télétravail

I interviewed for Snap inc in London, UK. Extremely long process (around 2 months) and I was constantly asking for updates and was ghosted a bit. However, the interviewers and recruitment team were very friendly and welcoming. The interviews were relatively easy and the team were extremely enthusiastic about me. I was made to feel like I actually was going to get the job and then I got a rejection email after asking yet again for an update. I asked for any final feedback but was ghosted again. Was a shame
