Snap interview questions

Peut-être l'expérience la moins professionnelle que j'ai pu expérimenter. J'ai eu 2 entretiens RH en visio avec des interlocuteurs différents à 2 semaines d'intervalle. Le premier n'a pas mis sa vidéo durant l'échange, et je n'avais à l'image qu'un bitmoji d'une personne courant après une tortilla... Le second semblait passer un appel visio depuis une petite chambre chez lui (on voyait toutes les affaires en arrière plan). J'ai failli ne pas considérer sérieusement le premier message d'invitation à échanger reçu : l'adresse mail n'avait pas l'air sérieuse (nom exotique suivi de chiffres, ce qui souvent se retrouve dans des mails de spam et autres arnaques...), et l'heure plus que tardive de l'envoi (fin de soirée) ; j'ai ensuite pensé que mon interlocuteur était basé dans un pays d'un autre fuseau horaire, mais que nenni... les interlocuteurs RH étaient basés à Londres. Les entretiens se sont déroulés intégralement en anglais. Je peux comprendre l'intérêt pour un poste bilingue, mais le français était sensé être tout aussi important... Le classique reste quand même que le/la candidat/e puisse s'exprimer dans sa langue natale un minimum.

Applied online for two similar roles. Got invited to an interview with HR and shared my preference for one of them due to having more suitable experience. I was told I’d be moving forward with an interview with the hiring manager. At midnight (!) on a Friday I got confirmation for an interview right after the weekend and found out that the hiring manager was instead the one for the other role. I had a nice chat with her explaining that I was open to both roles but was expecting to meet a different person, she said she’d follow up with the other hiring manager. Then 2 weeks radio silence until I got a rejection email for the role I was interested in saying it has been filled and zero feedback on why I never even was given a chance.
