Snap interview questions

Interview was normal 4 people for 30 mins each. Mostly behavioral questions or "tell me about a time" questions. The poor experience is due entirely to the recruiter and their lack of communication. After my interview I never heard back from them. I sent an email and was told, I will meet with them soon and get back to you. That was 2 months ago. Not a single word back. Very poor experience as a candidate.

It started out with a basic phone screen, then the next step is a 30-minute video call with the Hiring Manager. After that, I was told that the final round should be a 2 hour Virtual Onsite. Never got past the Hiring Manager stage but the experience was decent overall.
