First round was a typical technical interview - think LeetCode problems. Second round was much longer, project-based, with a short behavioral portion at the end. Both were remote due to COVID.

The process took 3 weeks, 2 phone screens, then remote onsite for 3 hours.
Recruiter seemed extremely stressed out, and that should have sent me running.
