I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Snap (London, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
Send it the application, received screening call from recruiter and then phone interview with a USA based director and talk about the job role and expectations. However, interview process was interrupted for 4 months as they had to fill other positions first. The second interview was ridiculous as you have a new staffer director level manager who is yet to join the company interviewing you for the job. It feels more like a awkward grindr meet up rather than a proper job interview.
The screening process with the recruiter was the first step. I’ve managed to make it to the 2nd round with the head of law enforcement. Interview consisted of behavioral questions. I wish that job post listed the tools used in the role. I was asked about tools that the job description did not match. It would’ve been a productive interview if my interviewer was not late the meeting.
The process begins with an interview with the recruiter followed by a member of the team. This went great for and then I was asked to create a deck analyzing data and creative they provided. The deck took many hours to compile and after submission was rejected within 12 hours. They were responsive to my email but they refuse to provide feedback or notes.
