Sportradar Application Support interview questions

Unfortunately, I just had the worst experience I've ever had yet with an interview process. At first everything went well: I applied for the role, after a week I got contacted by email to let me know they were interested in an initial pre-screen interview via Zoom call, and after providing some time slots we arranged the meeting date and time. I went into the call, but nobody joined the interview. Nonetheless, I waited for 25 minutes but still nothing happened. After leaving the call, I quickly sent an email asking if there had been any issue and if we would continue with the process at other time most suitable for them, as it would be totally okay if there was any last minute issue, but I haven't received any reply. I sent a 2nd email the day after and also tried getting in touch with the recruiter on LinkedIn, but no luck at all. Being ghosted this way was absolutely frustrating, to say the least. After being excited to know more about the role, looking forward to have the interview and afterwards trying so hard from my side to know what happened. I really hope nobody else receives the same treatment I had.
