Sportradar People Operations Partner interview questions

Phone screening with the internal recruiter, then interview with the hiring manager. The interview very much focused on what they need and what the hiring manager wants, which is fair enough but I feel they took no time at all to get to know me. I feel there was a lot of talking at me. I have in addition to that never received any feedback. It's been over a month and not even a beep or rejection came from them. If this is how HR deals with people it's not a company I would want to work for.
