Interview
HR interview, then tech interview. I thought they did a good job of being kind and having a good attitude, and trying to streamline the interview in a way that would be fair such as asking candidates similar questions. However the interview questions were meaningless trivia and facts, not anything indicative of one's coding ability.

Overall it was meaningless trivia that could have been googled in 5 mins before the interview, but did not indicate one's coding ability.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sportradar (Gera)
Interview
1. Initial talk with recruiter 2. Meet the hiring manager 3. Go through an irrelevant java take home assessment. Whole procedure is slow and completely structureless. Recruiter didn't even give proper feedback and was lacking of motivation. The take home assessment is the weirdest I've ever met during an interview. Thank god I another contract and didn't continued with these guys. Stay away if you don't want to waste your time. They also work on weekends some times so that's another red flag, for me at least.

Interview
I spoke with HR, did a take home project and then talked to 2 upper level engineers along with HR. I didn't think I did that great as they said I didn't complete all the questions they had but - I did answer to of them.
