Interview
I made a weird and unprofessional interview with ai robot
It asked 22 questions and the interview was about 40 minutes
After that I waited for any feedback but I got nothing but rejection email without any clarification
I emailed the hr many times to get any specific feedback for the reason behind the rejection but all went in vain
I am so disappointed from the unprofessional vague process
I think they use our interviews to train their ai model
That's so frustrating
I am 100% sure that no humans had reviewed the interview after
You only train their ai robot and you won't find any professional attitude

Question 1
* Introduce yourself, your practical experience, your hobbies...
* Do you have future plans, any trips/ vacations/ relocations?
* You want a full-time or part-time role? Do you have any other jobs/ commitments?
* When will you be able to join our company if you got accepted?
* Talk more about your experience, what type of issues did you handle?
* Can you give an example of a challenging customer or technical problem you successfully solved or troubleshooted, and what steps did you take to resolve it?
* Have you used CRMs like Zendesk before? And what are the tasks you did using them?
* What do you think is the key to providing a good customer experience?
* Do you have any direct experience working in the hospitality industry like hotels? If yes, share more about that.
* Are you comfortable with handling phone calls as part of your job?
* What critical feedback do you receive most often? Can you tell more about your most positive and most negative managerial experience with examples?

The interviewing process run smothly and everyone was nice and kind. I completed a video interview and then 2 interviews with SUP employees. Then I got a job offer and I accepted it

Interview
1. Video interview just like everyone else did.
- It’s pretty easy as there's no need to rush yourself, and the questions are straightforward to respond to.
- I applied for the same job twice. After I submitted my videos, they suddenly informed me that there were no job openings (They should have notified me earlier that they got somebody in the recruitment process)
- The second time I applied for the same job, what I first heard from them was that they did not want me because my desired salary range was above the amount of money they could offer me. I could move forward after I made them believe that I would even accept a lower salary.
2. Remote interviews with people from HR
- Basic questions like I had to describe in the video interview.
- They wanted to make sure I could accept a flexible work schedule.
- They described how tremendous their CEO is and their office in Ukraine.
3. Additional interview with HR plus Alpa.
The interview was conducted just like the second interview. Nothing unique.
- Unfortunately, I could get no updates after the interview, although the HR person asked me to wait several days.
Anyway, I waited several days and got no news, so I emailed them to ask for the result. No reply. I put everyone’s email to see who will reply. No reply (and all of them have read). There is not even a word such as good luck, etc.
All of this took three weeks, and I wasted three weeks of my life.
