I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SupportYourApp (Kiew, ) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview was quite long, almost an hour. 2 stages - with HR and COO, included short test assignment in writing and personality test. Basic questions, to tell about myself, works experience, etc. Everything was quite informal, the HR offered coffee/tea, no formal desks, she sitting on a bean bag couch on the lower level in front of you so you won't feel any pressure.
Everything is friendly and I'm completely satisfied with the interview process.

Question 1
Do you have an example of 5-star customer service you've experienced?
I applied online. I interviewed at SupportYourApp (Johannesburg) in Jan 2026
Interview
AI interview with a bot. Typical questions you’d find in a human interview, it asks you series of questions about your self, previous work experience and technical questions. Only weird thing is that it talks over you, each time you take a thought on how to answer a question it assumes you’re done then asks you another question

Question 1
Why did you choose to apply for a customer support position?
It went really well. The HR was kind and nice. Everything went smoothly. The second stage is still to come but I hope it will go well as well. I like the opportunity to practice my English with native speakers on a daily basis.
