I applied for KYC AML role but they asked me interview questions for customer support. They were asking to translate emails,and whether I had a headset to talk to clients. We only communicated via email. I asked twice how is that related to my job position , they were ignoring my questions and sending me the typical templates asking to perform tasks. At the end I opted out as I find this disrespectful, unprofessional and suspicious
