SupportYourApp Technical Support Consultant interview questions

I was interviewed through questions that I responded in a video. They give you only 2 tries to record your answer. And you couldn't ask them a single question! So, I sent them an email and asked them some questions about the job but they never responded! This was a very bad and disappointing experience!
