I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Budapest) in Jan 2023
Interview
The hiring process went unexpectedly well, the application, 1st and 2nd interview within 2 weeks, the recruiter sent me a message after the 2nd interview that the feedback is positive, they will send the offer during the next week. ( she was very enthusiastic and continually informed me until this point, I planned to congratulate her regardless I will accept the offer or not) however after that she disappeared for 2 weeks…finally when I was really unstatisfied with promises I sent an email to her about I would be glad if she could at least inform me if they hires another person…. Disappointing… they are the first impressions for a candidate, they must need to do the same thing?
The process was ok. The lady doing the interview was relatable. We went through a variety of questions. She asked a lot of scenario based questions. She also requested I submitted a new therapeutic chart.
