It was smooth and friendly. They asked simple questions and were open to the answers I gave. They often gave their own experiences and referred them as answers to the overall experience
I spoke to an internal recruiter who suggested this role for me. There was a very quick turnaround as they then arranged an interview for me the next day (Friday). I then found out on Monday they wanted to offer me the job. The recruiter was great, very clear timelines and what to expect in the interview. I received an interview tip sheet from them as well.

Interview
The interview process didn't focus much abilities as a CRA. Your experience will differ depending on luck of the draw but my video interview was with an associate director and silent observer who went essentially un-introduced. Complete one-way avenue, no conversation to get started. The interviewer was nice enough on the surface, but didn't seem interested in building a rapport, she just wanted to get through a script and expected me to provide lengthy examples to "tick" the right boxes behaviorally. I've had countless CRO interviews, worked for 2 and usually enjoy the interview process.

Prepare for an onslaught of mental gymnastics around behavioral questions and very light on technical ability. Fake extroverts with excrutiatingly detailed examples from memory will go far.
"Tell me about a time your personality didn't jive with a site member and what you did to remedy that" was one such example amongst many
