Syneos Health Sales Representative interview questions

Had a meeting with a screener, the manager, and the manager's boss. Everything was fine and the process moved quickly. My problem is when I was knocked out of the process with the generic rejection letter. I reached back out to the recruiter and manager asking for specific reasons why I was knocked out after I received positive feedback from every meeting. The manager or recruiter did not answer my email or phone call asking for specific feedback and that's why this has been a negative experience for me.
