Syneos Health Sales Representative interview questions

It was a very regular and basic interview process. Started talking to a recruiter about the position specifically and then basic STAR questions to answer. Was put through an online assessment that took about an hour to complete. Then had panel interview and was pretty basic, just have good stories and an understanding about the company and industry.

Panel interview. The two hiring managers made me feel extremely comfortable. They allowed me to direct the conversation so I could highlight my greatest accomplishments. I was able to meet other managers and reps who seemed to really love the company.
