TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

While interviewed I felt comfortable answering every questions, maybe because I'm being interviewed through call and the interviewer was doing the right thing to handle the applicant. I hope they keep this way of interview.

It was a bit hard for me because I am nervous and thinking I can't pass the interview. But the interviewer was kind and I felt comfortable talking with her so I answered all the questions and I'm happy with the result.
