TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

Its been tough but understanding. All questions related to the work that i applied. It did not took time to wait and i dont felt any pressure from my side as the interviews were all professional and nice.

The interview process involved phone screening where the recruitment team identifies if I do meet the basic qualifications for the post. Then followed by initial interview where they assessed my communication skills, customer service orientation, and suitability for the role. In the last part I had to undergo final interview or what they refer to as Ops validation, which involves more in-depth questions about my work experience and problem solving skills.
