TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

Well, lady called me speaking portuguese, and she was rude! I asked her where she was calling from and she said "didn't you apply for a job?". Finally she was even more rude "Are you in Portugal, with what documentation?". Thus I said, "a valid visa to search for work". Immediately, she said here(Teleperformace) we don't work with that, ONLY with 'EU residents' and 'European cards'... 'You need to go to SEF!' So, IN VIEW OF THAT I would like to update the company: The 'search visa' allow the person to look for work and, AFTER having the employment contract signed by both parties, simply schedule the SEF to have the residence for two years. Is a VISA FOR LOOK FOR WORK. The person can start working once they find the job and sign the contract. Booking the SEF appointment then ALREADY WITH THE CONTRACT SIGNED.
