TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

Entrevista realizada em dois dias diferentes. No primeiro dia prova de conhecimentos gerais e o básico de informática e redação. No segundo dia realizei duas entrevistas diferentes, a primeira com um gestor da área de recrutamento e a segunda com os gestores do produto em que seria alocada (no caso, a Serasa).

I went through 2 interviews, the first one went well but the second one the recruiter was very rude and i ended up feeling uncomfortable, he downgraded me and then after the interview, the first recruiter contacted me and raised a dispute to defend me and sent the recording of my first interview; i got the results and was for another interview but i apologised and declined because of the bad reviews i heard about the company and the employee who committed suicide inside the company building.
