TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

They ask me about myself and educational background and required me to speak English because it's a customer service position that I'm applying. After some talk, they ask me if I still go to college, I said yes, and I clearly applied for a part-time and I stated that I'm still a student, but I guess they didn't catch that and they said I should get back at them when I'm ready for a full time job.
