Very straightforward. Applied via the website and a few days later I received an email that stated a time to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview lasted 20 - 30 minutes, pretty basic questions relating customer facing experience, skills and any other knowledge related to dealing with clients. Interview went well and a few days later I got a response saying I got the job. Started working 2 weeks after. Smooth and straight forward process.

Un poco lento y hacen ir muchas veces, las esntrevistas online son muy prácticas y ayuda mucho que todo esté digitalizado, está súper que todo lo hagan en inglés y que hagan grupos de reclutamiento, aunque falta organización para agilizar el proceso ya que tardan 4 o 5 horas para las pruebas que realizan cuando comentan que durará dos horas
It was 3 calls over the phone conversation with questions assessed by AI, friendly interviewers, average difficulty. Different question in each phone call and some applicants went to headquarter in 5th district for the 3d interview
