TP CSR interview questions

I was contacted over the email and we agreed about the time for the call. Although I tried calling several times, the call was interrupted. I emailed about the issue but never heard back. Lack of proper communication in the pre-interview process.

The interview process are composed of 2 parts, first is the initial interview where you will be asked about yourself and some basic questions, last one is the final interview, where the interviewer will test your communication skills.
