TP CSR interview questions

First is phone interview which went smoothly. Then I did an online assessment test which I thought I aced pretty well. After a couple hours I got a text saying I was scheduled for an initial interview next day early in the morning. Got on-site, filled up another application form and had to wait 3 hours for the interview just to be told I failed the assessment. Waste of time and resources, I feel like they're just collecting applications at this point.
