I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Killeen, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied online and was immediately contacted by the recruiting director via email, inviting me to attend an open interview event taking place over several days. When I arrived, there was a handful of other people waiting. I signed in at the desk, and within a few minutes a group of us were taken to a separate computer area to do the skills testing (IT questions, spelling/grammar, and a typing test). They require 25 WPM minimum, which is pretty easy to do. I passed easily and returned to waiting. Before too long I was taken to an initial interview with a recruiter, where I answered some basic questions. Since I wanted to work full-time, I was asked to return for a second interview a week later.
When I returned, I waited for a while, eventually spoke to a supervisor for the department in which I'd be working, and after another brief interview, was told I'd be accepted for the job. Much waiting later, those of us who were receiving offers were eventually taken to finalize everything, have our pictures taken for employee IDs and do on-site drug testing.

Interview
Did a typing, English and knowledge test. Filled out a lot of paper work. Did one interview and was advised after to wait for another with the actual company you would be working for. Two interviews and two hours later, advised to fill out some more paperwork and present proof of qualification and identification. pretty straightforward.
