I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Killeen, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
It is an open call to anyone. The complete process took about 5 hours because I was one of at least 50 people there. The hiring practice was one like I have never seen before. The only question I was asked during my 3 minute interview was if I had transportation to work. They explained nothing about the position or about the company. I was told multiple times to be on time for work; so apparently this must be an issue with the people they hire.

Interview

it has a written exam (about 5 papers) you have to do it, when applicants are too much you just have written exam and if you pass it then you'll be asked for interview some days later, but when there aren't a lot of applicants , both interview and written exam are at the same day.
