Same as other Call Center Interviews. I applied but they priority now are those who can do shifting schedules. Glad the one who called me says she'll message me if they have available slots for a particular Day/Evening Shifts.

First step was sending cv after the recruiter reached out to me, then scheduling a call that was in 2 languages, then having a test of typing speed, as well as two easy questions to review the level of English.

Interview
I went through a two-step interview process:
1. Phone Interview Assessment:
- I got a recommendation for a B1+ account
2. Zoom Video Interview:
- I got a B1 recommendation which I believe is not reasonable.
- I asked for a dispute and a second interview but the dispute was declined.
