TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

Their HR contacts you quite shortly after you apply. I've passed the test (so they said) but then they've picked somebody else and literally banned me. I don't know whether they are discriminating me or not. I've been told they pay attention to the background of the applicant l, that must be pertinent to the project. But in their calls they always use the expression "previous experience in X is preferable but not mandatory). I'm not disappointed because I've found more reviews online, by people who find this company extremely unprofessional. So I'm not interested to work in such environment. Still it makes me nervous anyway

Nothing the interview was very easy and they didn’t take much in the process and I recommend this company as a start, they pay on time with no delay maybe the managment has some issues but can be handled if you are smart enough to do so
