TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

Phone interview first, then it was a group session which involved being told what the company does and a short assessment but in mine we were left to complete this without anyone present, also had to complete a few more forms etc. and then individual phone call scenario. A phone call after about 1.5 hr later and was offered the job.
