Interview
Received a call about my application for customer service representative, was asked to do held the interview in Portuguese and half in English over the phone. Once that was done, i had to do an English assessment and personality assessment test online, then a face to face interview was arranged, once all that was done I had to do an over the phone simulation of what i would be doing at the project itself, and then once all this was approved and I was accepted, I sent in alone my documents and was told about job training start date. This process takes about 3-4 days and training lasted 2 weeks.

They ask if i want to work there and i said yes and we had interview. They want to know if i really know swedisj because i an norwegian so i talked with them in swedish and they thought i was good

Telephonic rounds because I was in far location, and offer by email. Train ticket reimbursement, 15 days free accommodation provided hassle free. Documentation in office. To get into the process I had to clear English versant with a minimum score of 65.
