TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

I was recruited by someone in Ireland who arranged the job interview over Skype. This lady from Ireland also went through potential interview questions with me, so I was well prepared. They checked my language skills, the typing speed and asked how I would handle certain situations with customers. They also asked for a sample of what I would write/say. They gave me the confirmation that I was hired pretty much right away and sent me all the necessary documents.

First of all , they called me to confirm my name and that i'm applying for a job vacancy there, then he told me if i'm ready for a phone interview , i told him to call me after 5 min , then he asked me several questions , then he told me that i passed and get ready for a face to face interview , in the day of the interview , i filled an application form , then an computer based English test and it was easy , then i went to the interview and i got the offer . the bad thing about the interview is that the interviewer had to candidates in the same time !! which was weird and auwful
