It was a short interview basically asking questions about what is good customer service, and where do u see yourself in 5 years. Why do I want to work for this company also had to speak with. One recruited the interview went great

There was two interviews. Both were pretty easy. they called back really fast. The only problem I had was they tried to changed start date at the last minute which was really inconvenient.

First was the typing test, then a questionaire about 2 pages, and a personality test on the computer, and then an interview to recommend you for the last interview.They had me navigate to different things on a windows phone.
