TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

Muy fácil, Te llaman rádpidamente y en menos de una semana ya estás en procesos de formación. La entrevista telefónica es bastante escueta y se puede hablar en inglés. No es el proceso más largo, pero para la labor que se realiza está más que bien.

The interview was fast. The interviewer is also friendly and always put a smile to the interviewee. Regarding to the questions, the first few questions are easy while the remaining are average. I really like how they deliver their questions to me.
