TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

first they conducted a first interview through phone then if you’re accepted, a second interview will be conducted on site. then did an english placement test, it included writing, listening and speaking.

Interview was easy, there were just basic question about myself, strength, weakness, hobbies, qualification. It was three round process. Hra, vna, ops and then there was salary discussion but they fixed salary slab, they do not negotiate at all.
