TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

Phone interview following with a face to face interview. On the phone they ask you basic questions like introduce yourself and what do you know about the company and ask you a situational question like what would you do if you had 10 million dollars

Very strict unlike other bpo companies, maybe it's just the interviewer, she criticizes even the smallest detail. Kinda bias cause she didn't do that to others. Not friendly or welcoming, and a little bit intimidating.
